For thousands of years Christianity has been very influential in our civilization but today it’s trendy to deny the claims of Christianity. Some even say Christianity is outdated as if truth could be outdated, but what does the evidence say? This program, Faith Based on Facts, is about evidence. In five-minute programs at the times specified above, we’re going to examine evidence to demonstrate that the wonderful news of Christianity is supported by very strong evidence except that wonderful news supported by very strong evidence is an understatement. 

Faith Based on Facts will give you the best news you have ever gotten supported by amazingly strong evidence starting with the news that death has been conquered.  Your soul, the real you, the part of you which is conscious, which contains your personality, your will and your memories: that part of you need never die but can live forever.

Living forever would not be good news if you were sentenced to hell forever, but Jesus, Who is God, invites you into His forever family in heaven.  This invitation to heaven forever in not only very good news after you die.  It is very good news right now because when you accept Jesus'invitation to heaven you accept Jesus' moral rules which are not oppressive rules but are rules designed to give you a rich, full life right here on earth.

Christians rarely describe accepting Jesus’ invitation to heaven as accepting His moral rules.  Rather they say you accept Jesus as your Lord but of course accepting Jesus as your Lord means obeying His rules.

Actually when you accept Jesus’ invitation into His forever family you repent of your past disobedience of His rules and you fervently determine to obey His rules from now on.

Critics of Christianity resent Jesus and claim His moral rules are an outdated, repressive blight on your life.  If you take these critics literally they are saying that unless you feel free to lie, cheat, steal and commit adultery your life is blighted.  However the real repressive blight is the idea that the only way to be happy is to be immoral and Jesus frees you from that blight giving real purpose to serving Him with great joy and reward in moral purity.

This freedom, this joy in righteousness is very good news and that very good news is what this web site proves but it is not all it proves.

This web site starts by considering our universe, its origin and its precision.  It shows that the origin and precision of our universe not only accurately reflect God but cannot be explained without God.  Then we turn from the universe to life.  We prove very decisively that life is not only far too complex to have begun without God, but we prove experimentally, by fossil evidence and by logic, that evolution never happened and that God is the only rational explanation for life.

Our consideration of both the universe and of life shows that the Biblical explanation of reality is the only explanation consistent with the evidence.

This validation of the Bible is very good news indeed because it decisively refutes the heavily promoted atheistic humanism which says life is a purposeless accident and death is hopelessly final.

After the programs on the universe and on life we turn to a direct consideration of the Bible, giving abundant proofs that the Bible is true and therefore Bible salvation is also true.  In other words life, including your life, is the creation of a loving God Who wants to forgive your sins, fill your life with joy and welcome you to His eternal paradise after your physical body dies.
